Wulfen texture pack addon - Mod DB

I have a problem in that when my grenades explode and when fireballs are thrown at me it's like a clear disk, no texthre at all. I am having a really difficult time getting Sikkmod 1. Then in the sikk folder. I actually haven't done that so don't take my word for it. If someone can explain to me how this works and then how to install the Parallax mod which is also a PK4 file I would greatly appreciate it.
